RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Shopping at RDCARSHOW
- When you receive your order, inspect all packages for items such as remotes, manuals and cables, or any applicable accessories for the products ordered.
- If the merchandise is not installed immediately, please turn it on or play it. Be sure to save the shipping carton and carton and your packing material, in the unlikely event that you will need it for a return shipment.
Returns and exchange policies
- A return authorization is required for any exchange. Any product sent to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- We will issue an exchange as long as the request is made within 14 days of the dispatch date, the merchandise is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped, and is received in the original packaging material and with all its accessories, such as : remote control, cables, antennas, connectors, brackets and owner’s manuals. Returned merchandise will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse and you will be charged for anything missing.
- If the item was bought during a sale or other discount season at our stores, you’ll be evaluated to see if the return can be accepted. RDCARSHOW reserves the right to accept or deny a return request.
- If the shipping if the product exceeds the $80, your request may be denied as the purchased item is heavy and required special handling, which affect the return and may cause damages during the transportation back to RDCARSHOW. (Fees and conditions may apply)
Note: Errors or oversights when ordering (wrong model, size, function, color, unit of measure [each, individual, pair, system]) or mismatched left or right speakers are the sole responsibility of the customer who accepts all costs associated.

At RDCARSHOW, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and customer service. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Order Cancellation Rights:
- RDCARSHOW reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control. Should RDCARSHOW decide to cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Once your order has begun the production process, cancellations are generally not permitted. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Requests for cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be approved if the build process has already started.
Promotional Seasons, Sales, and Discounts:
- All promotional offers, sales, and discounts apply only to new orders placed during the promotional period. These offers cannot be retroactively applied to existing orders. Therefore, customers cannot cancel an existing order with the intent to reorder the same product using a discount or promotional offer.
- In the event of a cancellation and reorder attempt to leverage a discount or promotional offer, RDCARSHOW reserves the right to deny the cancellation request and/or the application of the promotional discount to the new order.
Refunds:
- If a cancellation is approved before the production process begins, a full refund will be issued. Refunds for cancellations after production has started will be subject to a review and may be partial, covering only non-recoverable costs incurred by RDCARSHOW.

- For any cancellation requests or questions about our policy, please contact RDCARSHOW customer service at info@rdcarshow.com. Our team will assist you and provide guidance based on the status of your order.

To return or exchange a product
- To initiate a return, send an email to “info@rdcarshow.com”. Our customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and instructions.
- Write down the RA # (RA # XXXXXX) in BIG, BOLD on the outside of the shipping box. If the RA # is not present in the body of the return address or clearly visible on the box, it will be rejected and returned to you.
- Ship the product to the address: 645N 10th Street. Allentown. PA. 18102.
- Provide the tracking number and shipping service information over email, as a reply to the email you previously received, which had the RA#.
- After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
